PreK Kids (High Need)

Ministry Description – Preschool Ministry is a fun way to connect with little ones, whether it be holding an infant or teaching Bible stories to and leading fun activities for toddlers and preschoolers. Leader opportunities include storytellers, hosts, floaters, and classroom leaders.
Commitment – Weekly or Twice a month on Sundays.

Elementary Kids (High Need)

Ministry Description – Help disciple the next generation of fully devoted followers of Christ by shepherding kids in Kinder through 5th grades.
Commitment – Weekly on Sundays.

Midweek Kids (High Need)

Ministry Description – Helping kids (infants-5th grade) grow in faith as parents participate in mid-week events and classes at Watermark Fort Worth.
Commitment – Weekly or Twice a month

Kids Welcome Team

Ministry Description – Greet and welcome new families to Watermark Fort Worth.
Commitment – Weekly or Twice a month on Sundays.

Elementary Kids Arts

Ministry Description – As part of our arts team, you have the opportunity to use your gifts to help encourage kids to know God more through the use of worship, A/V, drama, or storytelling.
Commitment – 2 Sundays/month commitment for one academic year.

Young Adults

The Porch team

Ministry Description – The Porch is a missional gathering of Fort Worth-based young adults in their 20s and 30s that meets weekly to worship, learn, and deepen in their relationship with Christ and others. If you are in your 20s/30s and passionate not just to attend Tuesday nights for yourself, but to lead others to Christ and to be a missionary to young adult singles in Fort Worth, The Porch may be a fit for you.
Commitment – Tuesday nights 6:20-10pm; one additional volunteer team gathering per month.

Arts

Music Arts

Ministry Description – Help facilitate corporate worship in various settings amongst our ministries. Includes band and vocalists (by audition only).
Commitment – 1-2x per month – approx. 3 hour rehearsal and 6 hours on Sunday or weeknight.

Photography

Ministry Description – Serve our body by taking photos on Sunday mornings and midweek ministry events. Your photos would be used to fuel our social media, advertising, and print pieces.
Commitment – Twice a month (flexible).

Film Production Assistant

Ministry Description – Assist the film team with set up and take down of camera and lighting equipment. Training provided.
Commitment – 3-4 hours, once a month.

Film Camera Shooter

Ministry Description – Serve our body by capturing film from ministry events and stories of life change. Grow in your shooting experience by working alongside experienced operators. Some previous experience recommended.
Commitment – 3-4 hours, once a month.

Students Band

Ministry Description – Help facilitate corporate worship for Wake and Shoreline, our Student Ministries. Both band and vocalists (audition required).
Commitment – Weekly or once a month.

Students Skits

Ministry Description – Participate in various roles/performances in a skit geared towards middle and high school students.
Commitment – Weekly or once a month.

Tech A/V

Sunday Morning A/V

Ministry Description – Help with audio, video and lighting support for Sunday morning services (no experience required). Format sermon notes for visual projections; cue notes, scriptures, video & song lyrics.
Commitment – Twice a month on Sundays.

The Porch A/V

Ministry Description – Help with audio, video and lighting support for The Porch (no experience required). Format sermon notes for visual projections; cue notes, scriptures, video & song lyrics.
Commitment – Twice a month on Tuesday nights.

Midweek Ministry A/V

Ministry Description – Serve with one of our midweek ministries and help them with audio, video, and lighting support. You can serve with either re:generation, re|engage, The Equipping Institute, Men’s & Women’s Bible Study, The Nest, Student Ministry, or Merge.
Commitment – Varies depending on the ministry.
