Jeff Kramer

Outreach Director

Before Christ, my life was filled with a lot of religious activity as a churchgoer in Ft. Worth. I understood and received the Gospel at the age of eight, but growing up I thought that being moral was synonymous with being spiritual.  This all changed when my wife and family began to attend Watermark after being married for a few years.  For the first time I understood the grace of God and began living in authenticity and in biblical community.  God changed my life as by setting me free from an addiction to pornography and showing me the value of being fully known and being fully loved by Him.

During my 20’s, I had the great privilege of traveling to 14 different countries working with an International Christian Sports organization.  It was amazing to see different facets of the global church at work together, which was an inspiration to me.  I later graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary at the age of 35 with a degree in Cross-Cultural Studies, thinking that God would take me overseas to be a missionary.  Well, I did do missions, but I did it here in the Bible belt for the past 14 years with Watermark …so now I’m very excited to be connecting with our neighbors and the global church again as the Director of Outreach.

I grew up in west Fort Worth and now call Benbrook home. I’ve been married for over twenty years to my wife Joy, and we have four kids. We love the outdoors – camping, hiking, etc. and I love to play sand volleyball, basketball, cycle (mountain and road) and taking motorcycle trips with my wife. We also love to travel, and I consider myself somewhat of a Mexican food & BBQ connoisseur.
