The Executive Pastor (EP) serves as the primary execution and organizational leader of Watermark Fort Worth. The EP translates the mission, vision, and values of the church into clear ministry priorities, healthy teams, effective systems, and faithful follow-through. The EP works in collaboration and close relationship with the Lead Pastor. The Lead Pastor carries primary responsibility for teaching, theological direction, and vision. The Executive Pastor carries primary responsibility for organizational alignment, staff leadership, and the systems necessary to move that vision forward.
