Operations Minister

The Operations Minister (OM) is a staff deacon role. The OM oversees the implementation of financial, facilities, technology, human resources, communications, and legal operations of the church to ensure efficient functioning. This role functions as the “lead deacon” of the deacons of the business administration team and will collaborate with and receive guidance from the Elders, who hold final decision-making authority in matters concerning the overall stewardship of church resources and strategic direction.

Part-Time Midweek Kids Leader

Do you like kids and love Jesus? Our Midweek Kids Ministry is in need of 10 classroom leaders! Help kids (infants – 5th grade) grow in faith as parents participate in midweek events and classes at Watermark Fort Worth. Both day and evening shifts available. $16/hr with a 3 hour a minimum. This role receives at least one shift a week with the ability to work up to 4 shifts per week.
