Fear Of Death

The fear of death is a universal fallen human experience. We all know death is coming. Death is mysterious, and death means giving up the things we love in this world…or so we think. The good news of the Gospel is that because of who Christ is and what He has done for us in His life, death, and resurrection, we do not have to be slaves to the fear of death, but instead we can be freed to live vibrant, Christ magnifying Christian lives. Tonight, we take a look at John chapter 11 and consider what it means that Jesus is “The resurrection and the life” as we seek to extinguish the fear of death in our hearts.
